Since my freelancing days I was involved in the complete production process from first meeting with the clients and pitching ideas all the way to delivering final product (modeling, rigging, animation, lighting and rendering...)
And finally, I've just finished Animation Mentor, where I polished my animation skills, being mentored by some of the greatest names in animation industry.
Also, I've finished Animation Mentor while working full time and freelancing as well, something that I wouldn't recomend anyone with faint heart :)
